I know it's GT, but Wildkat is kind of close

I like your jazzabilly! Nice!

And I'm just gonna go ahead and admit that as someone who's a big fan of Gretsch and of Epiphone, I seriously want to know if there's room under those strings for some Dynasonics instead of P90s...

@Setzerhotrod 100 % agreed ......
Just think , it truly was a toss-up between the Wildkat and the G5120 back in 2007 when I decided I wanted an electric guitar again in my herd .
I never would have found you fine folks here at Gretsch-Talk

One good aspect of the Wildcat series is that their cases will fit Pro Jets, whereas a LP case won't as it's too small. Save yourself some money that way.

This Wildcat is even closer to Gretsch with the gold sparkle binding and all. And since the picture has received a BricksBiggsFix. 😄 which btw made a big difference.

Man, I'm beginning to regret trading off my wildkat,,,, but I never got along with the neck on mine. It was
terribly wide and just never felt right. It looked awesome, though, sounded pretty good too. It was a 2000- had the unpainted chrome plate on the peghead, and I bought it after it just barely edged out the Flamekat at a local guitar store. It was stock for twenty years, chrome and top hat knobs. I had changed the pickups around a couple times, added the cream chicken heads and roller bridge. By the time I traded it for my Rancher Jr, I had put the other P-90 back in with the cream cover.
