Hello Gretsch family. Been a while since I've been on here but I thought you all might be interested in this one.

Beautiful guitar with some very nice DeArmond Dynasonics from a 60s Martin installed. Asking $1500/BRO. Will sell for less with the original DeArmond 2000s re-installed, but they are not included in the sale otherwise.

nothing? Not even a comment? Am I out of line with the price? I would think that the guitar is worth around $1000 and the pickups easily worth $500 for the pair...

Its sweet for sure. There are times you could post a box of cash with free shipping and no one replies. Go figure.

I got a red one from CL with original pick ups in November. For $550. It's a great guitar.

It looks great. It takes a while to sell anything high 3 figures or 4 figures. No matter what it is.
Yes, I think you are a bit high on price. $1000-1500 maybe. Vintage pickups probably didnt buy you much $ over the stock Dynas.... but would help it to sell I would think? One on reverb with the same finish etc right now for $900 with Dynas.
