Accidentally kicked over at a gig by a kid stomping on the balloons that the venue dropped on the stage :/







Pulled the hardware off



Test fit. Piece missing. I optimistically texted the owner to see if he picked it up but I'm not holding my breath.

It’s not my bass, although I’ve always wanted one of these with the slotted headstock

Haven't cleaned out the glue residue yet. Gonna rout out the missing piece nice and square and make a mahogany piece to inlay there.

It was pretty easy with the old Stewmac dremel router.

Yes, I can believe "easier" with the router. Still takes time and talent to accomplish, imo. Looks like it will be invisible once finished.
